At SoccBloc Gaming, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation email).

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at info@soccbloc.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Returns must be sent to the address we provide after return approval.

Note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Intimate or personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Digital products (e.g., downloadable content or game keys)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain the correct item is to:

  • Request a return and ship back your original item
  • Place a new order for the desired product after your return is approved

EU Consumer Rights: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Items must still meet return conditions: unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the refund approval status
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
  • It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund
  • If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@soccbloc.com
